Incident at BELLA COOLA
Summary
1995-07-18: Shortly after touch down the aircraft began to veer off the runway. The pilot applied brakes in an effort to maintain control but there was no response to the brakes and the aircraft came to rest approximately 25 feet off the runway. Damage to the prop and tailwheel was sustained but no injuries were reported.
