Incident at VICTORIA INTL BC (CYYJ)
Summary
1995-05-28: The aircraft was on departure from Victoria Airport on Runway 09 with a flat nose wheel. The pilot thought nose gear was collapsing, and aircraft stopped in intersection of runways 09 and 02. CFR alerted and stood by and at 2016Z the aircraft was removed from runway. There was a significant impact to traffic at Victoria Airport.
