Incident at Nanaimo
Summary
1995-05-16: The crew noticed smoke coming out of the no. 2 engine cowl area. The engine was shut down and the flight diverted to Nanaimo where a safe landing was made. Subsequent inspection has revealed the one of the engine cylinders had failed.
