Incident at VANCOUVER

Summary

1995-04-15: The #2 throttle was set to the tafeoff thrust position during the start sequence. This resulted in a burst of flame out of the tail pipe and a loud bang was heard before the start was aborted. CFR was notified and no injury or further damage was reported.
