Incident at VANCOUVER INTL BC (CYVR) (Communication navigation surveillance/air traffic system, ATM - NAVAIDS/radar)
Summary
1995-04-06: The image manager at Vancouver FSS was not being supplied with infrared satellite pictures and several of the mid and high level charts. This problem has occurred several times and remained for up to 24hr. The result of this deficiency is less information available for thorough weather briefings. The station manger has reported these occurrences to AES and has received a poor if not unconcerned response.
