Summary
1995-03-23: N3641 was IFR enroute from Cranbrook to Penticton at 14000 feet. The pilot forgot the minimum crossing altitude over Cranbrook VOR is 12000 feet. Even though there was IFR traffic holding over the SX Beacon, there was no loss of separation.
