Incident at Vancouver

1995-03-20: The conflicting traffic was a Beechcraft King Air, Awood Flight 770 which had been cleared for a normal circuit to runway 12. The Air Canada flight was cleared for a straight in approach for runway 08. The control tower recleared Awood 770 for a right hand circuit to runway 12. This put the two aircraft on converging flight paths. The Air Canada Airbus received a TCAS "PULL UP" command which the pilot exicuted. No reported injuries.
