Incident at VICTORIA/VANCOUVER
Summary
1996-06-12: After take off from Victoria the right propeller auto feathered. The crew observed a fluctuation in torque just prior to the occurrence. The engine was restored to normal operation with the auto feather system turned off and the aircraft proceded to Vancouver where it landed safely.
