Incident at VANCOUVER
Summary
1996-04-23: The aircraft was being vectored at 4000ft for a landing on Runway 12. Contact was lost until the aircraft was west of Bowen Island, tracking into an area which has a minimum altitude for vectoring of 5500ft. Contact was re-established and the aircraft was immediately turned left to 180 degrees.
