Summary
1995-12-13: C-GYWD was VFR from Buffalo to Waterloo-Guelph. After providing landing clearance, Waterloo tower observed aircraft on short final with landing gear still retracted. Aircraft told to pull up and go around as was advised of the retracted gear. Aircraft landed safely at 1456Z.
