Summary

1995-11-20: The aircraft appeared to touch down normally. Power was applied for take-off. The nose landing gear collapsed and the aircraft skidded to a stop near the left edge of the runway near the opposite end. There was no fire. There were no reported injuries to the two (2) S.O.B. Damage was reported as substantial - both propellors. Ops. impact -- runway 04/22 was closed for approximately one (1) hour.
