Summary

1995-10-25: The aircraft was about 12 miles west of the airport, descending through 6,000 feet on approach to the airport. The pilot heard a loud ""bang"" and felt a ""shudder"" throughout the aircraft. The aircraft landed safely on runway 14 at 0057Z. Ops. impact -- none. Damage -- the aircraft's radome was destroyed. One (1) S.O.B.
