Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)
Summary
1995-10-14: The aircraft was taxiing on T3 apron when the left propeller was struck by a baggage cart which was rolling across the ramp. The left propeller sustained substantial damage. The tow bar of the Canadian Airlines baggage cart was locked in the up position which normally locks the wheel brakes on. However, the wheel brakes did not lock dispite the position of the tow bar.
