Summary
1995-10-12: On initial climb out, a bird was ingested into the number one engine. The flight crew flew a visual circuit and landed with the engine operating. Several fan blades were damaged and there was internal damage to the engine. The engine was removed from the aircraft. Ops. Impact -- unknown. From a TSB Initial Notification.
