Summary
1995-10-05: Aircraft was climbing through 12,000' for 17,000' when the crew received a TCAS for traffic above and ahead of them. The crew reported passing the other aircraft within 200' vertical and one mile lateral. Crew were unaware of the other traffic's type. ATC reported that the traffic was VFR. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
