Summary
1995-10-13: Pilot of N1519T at 3200' reported a southwest bound DH8 approximately 300' above him while conducting a visual approach to Oshawa. DH8 was apparently VFR (cancelled IFR earlier). Traffic was passed by the sector controller. Matter has been referred to the ACC Shift Manager for resolution. Ops. Impact -- none.
