Summary
1995-10-05: C172 departed Kitchener Regional Airport for Sherbrooke and was eastbound north of Toronto at 7,000 feet. B737 departed runway 15 at Toronto (LBPIA) for Winnipeg and was vectored east of Toronto (LBPIA) as runways 06R/L were the approach runways in use. B737 was requested to climb to 10,000 feet and a loss of separation occurred 9 nm east of Toronto (YYZ) VOR. Ops impact - none.
