Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)
Summary
1995-09-24: Shortly after departure from Toronto, the crew selected gear up and then noted a complete loss of hydraulic fluid from the number two hydraulic system. The crew utilized the alternate gear extension procedure and returned to Toronto with ERS on stand by for the uneventful landing. Nose landing gear drag strut up line was found to have failed and was replaced. Ops. Impact -- unknown. From a TSB Initial Notification.
