Summary
1995-09-23: ACA139 departed runway 25 climbing to 13,000' ASL. At approximately 4,000', a glider passed above ACA139 by approximately 400' in a hard right turn. Nothing was observed on radar prior to the incident; however, intermittent prime observed just after; therefore, no traffic was passed to ACA139 prior to the incident. Ops. Impact -- nil.
