Summary
1995-08-08: Pilot of an arriving DH8 (ONT351) reported a person was at the south side of runway 08 within 200' of the runway. Control tower advised airport office. Pedestrian commenced walking towards runway 08. Pedestrian removed by airport staff. Ops. Impact -- none.
