Accident at Brampton, Ontario
Summary
1995-07-28: Aircraft enroute Lindsay to YKF. Spoke with Toronto ACC, then contacted YKF Tower. Pilot requested and received Special VFR clearance into the YKF control zone. Controller observed, on radar, aircraft descend rapidly and disappear off the screen. No contact could be made with C-FAKW. Aircraft crashed north of Brampton. The pilot, the only occupant, was fatally injured. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
