Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)
Summary
1995-07-27: C-FVXO entered the YYZ Class "F" airspace without authorization thinking she was landing at Brampton Airport. Aircraft proceeded left downwind for runway 33 without contacting YYZ Tower and was not identified on radar. USA1014 departed runway 24L and took evasive action to avoid C-FVXO. C-FVXO then turned final for runway 33. ACA664 aborted takeoff runway 24L on instructions from the tower. C-FVXO landed runway 33, which was NOTAMED closed for construction, overflying vehicles on the threshold and landed by vehicles working further down the runway. Ops. Impact -- conflict with USA1014 and ACA664 aborted takeoff.
