1995-07-18: Just as the aircraft was about to depart the Toronto (City Centre) Airport (CYTZ), a medical kit dropped from the aircraft onto the runway. Ops. impact -- two aircraft (C-FSRZ and ONT349) had to overshoot due to object on runway.
