Summary
1996-03-19: Port police were advised of a dog on airside by fence near the threshold of runway 33. Airport Manager was advised. Dog captured and taken to park side. At 0025Z, dog was back on airside. AT 0030Z, ONT368 was landing runway 26 and advised of situation. Pilot reported they had dog in site and landed. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
