Summary
1995-06-27: Problems with Toronto Centre RDPS - radar altitude readout discrepancies - new version has caused reduction in arrival rate from 48 to 44/hour, causing some ground delays. Returned to previous version of software until the problem is rectified. Ops. Impact -- ground and air delays, lower arrival rate.
