Incident at Coehill VOR - north of Trenton, Ontario
Summary
1995-06-25: Enroute, at approximately 5 nm north of the Coehill VOR, pilot reported a TCAS alert and visual sighting of fast moving military type aircraft within 100 feet and 2 nm of his position. KLM661 level at FL350. ATC had no known traffic nor any radar return of traffic for KLM661. Review of radar tape indicated nothing. Ops. Impact -- nil.
