Summary
1997-07-22: Aircraft departed runway 04. On depature, tower observed a trail of black smoke and informed the pilot. The pilot reported a smell in the cockpit, decided to return for landing, and requested to have ERS called out. Aircraft landed runway 04 and the problem was determined to be a loose fuel cap. Ops.
