Summary
1997-07-22: The aircraft was observed in a high speed, steep nose down attitude prior to ground impact. SAR were notified by campers in the area of the occurrence, and the aircraft was located the following morning in a dense tree area. One SOB - fatally injured. Aircraft destroyed. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
