Summary
1997-05-02: Emergency power unit was running when staff arrived for dayshift at 1118Z. At 1327Z, all power was lost. Restored on EPU at 1333Z. Off at 1345Z. On at 1403Z. 1427Z, numerous power bumps. Off at 1428Z. On at 1455Z. At 1710Z, all equipment normal and on city power. At 1903Z, EPU disabled. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
