Incident at Toronto (Earl Bales Golf Course)
Summary
1997-05-02: The Bell 222 helicopter was en-route to Sick Kids Hospital when the pilot indicated that he was going down. The helicopter disappeared from radar. A nearby rescue helicopter assisted with the search and located the aircraft on Earl Bales Golf Course (near Sheppard Avenue and Bathurst Street). Damage -- minor. S.O.B. -- unknown. Injuries -- none.
