Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)
Summary
1997-04-16: The number two engine start valve open light illuminated at 16,000 feet. The crew shut down the number two engine as a precaution and continued to Toronto (LBPIA) for a landing without incident. ERS was requested for the landing. Maintenance personnel replaced the start valve pressure switch and returned the aircraft to service. Ops. Impact -- unknown. From a TSB Initial Notification.
