Summary
1997-04-16: On a training flight from Ottawa to Brockville, aircraft crashed or slid off runway 04/22 and a hit a snow bank, shearing off the nose gear. Possible cause was accumulation of snow and ice on runway, according to pilot. Two people on board - no reported injuries. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
