1996-07-17: ADIS (9162J) u/s from 1851Z til 2251Z, and again from 2321Z on the 25th to 0121Z on the 26th. Unitel/Bell indicate line trouble. Ops. Impact -- unable to send or receive ADIS traffic (contingencies in place).
