Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)
Summary
1996-07-17: The minivan was parked by the right wingtip of the B747 and the driver got out of the vehicle. The minivan rolled forward and its domelight contacted the lower right hand cowling of the #4 engine. The dome light caused a slight dent which did not affect the airworthiness of the aircraft. It is suspected that the driver did not put the minivan's gearshift all the way into the "park" position.
