Incident at 24 Miles NW Regina, SK

1997-04-01: The aircraft departed Regina for Prince Albert on a routine VFR charter flight. There were besides the pilot 3 passengers on board. Ten minutes after take off and while climbing to cruise altitude, a degradation of power occurred. The pilot checked the mixture, the magnetoes and the fuel selector. All appeared to be normal.
