Incident at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)
Summary
1997-04-01: The aircraft departed North Battleford on a return leg of a routine courier run to Saskatoon. A normal landing on 09 was accomplished by the crew, however, they were unable to taxi the aircraft because of frozen brakes. The frozen brakes were caused by snow and blowing snow conditions at North Battleford. Maintenance resolved the situation and the aircraft was taxied to the ramp area. Runway 09 was out of service from 0115Z until 0132Z. Departing aircraft used runway 15.
