Summary
1997-04-01: The pilot of C-GFGJ advised that his publications had been stolen from his aircraft while parked at ZTM. He relied on his memory for the frequency of the former ATF and was broadcasting on 122.8. On final he observed MNS969 on the runway preparing for take off and initiated an overshoot prior to landing on the occupied runway.
