Incident at Dryden, Ontario
Summary
1997-03-27: An operating irregularity occurred between Beech D95A, IFR from Steinbach to Dryden cleared to descend to 5000 feet and SW4 Swearingen SA226-TC, IFR from Dryden to Muskegsagagen Lake cleared off Dryden to 4000 feet. BE95 descended to below 5000 at 1543Z to 4100 feet without an ATC clearance when 20 miles west of the Dryden Airport. SW4 departed Dryden runway 29 at 1543. BE95 cancelled IFR at 1544.
