Incident at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Summary
1997-03-27: The owner of Cessna 180, C-FOQQ was enroute from Powell River, B.C. to the vicinity of Wynyard, Saskatchewan, with a planned stop of Saskatoon. Just after landing, the pilot lost directional control and ground looped the aircraft. During the ground loop, the left wing of the aircraft contacted the surface of the runway then the aircraft came to rest in an upright attitude. The pilot taxiied to the parking area where he inspected the aircraft. After a short stop, the pilot departed Saskatoon enroute for the vicinity of Wynyard.
