Summary
1997-03-27: ACA175, an Airbus A320 (Air Canada) was enroute Toronto - Winnipeg. When issued initial descent clearance, the pilot advised he would be maintaining his cruise altitude for an extended period due to a possible computer malfunction. The onboard computer indicated a "No-Fuel" situation. The aircraft did not wish to have CFR on standby. ACA175 landed Rwy 31 safely at 0153Z.
