Summary
1996-03-21: The pilot checked the fuel dripstick during his walkaround. Two liters of fuel spilled the tarmac. Maintenance replace the "O" ring on the dripstick and the aircraft was returned to service. ERS responded. No other aircraft were inconvenienced.
