Incident at Kenora, Ontario
Summary
1997-03-21: The pilot of the Beech 200, C-FKJI departed Kenora for Thunder Bay at 0719Z. At FL210 a thump was heard and the pilot requested an immediate return to Kenora. The aircraft landed safely at 0747Z. The pivot pin on the forward upper door hook was broken and the door buckled and the air escaped. An SDR will be issued. There were two crew on board. No other aircraft were effected.
