Incident at SIOUX NARROWS ON (CKM2) (ATM - other)
Summary
1997-03-21: Kelowna Flightcraft 271, a B727 was enroute from Hamilton to Edmonton at FL310. Canair Cargo 501, a B737 was enroute from Winnipeg to Hamilton and climbing to FL330. The crew of 501 observed opposite direction traffic and leveled at FL290. This was done by the crew's own initiative. ATS are conducting a preliminary investigation.
