Accident at 7 N Uranium City, Sask.
Summary
1997-03-21: The pilot was on the return flight from Ena Lake Lodge when a loss of power occurred. The aircraft was forced landed into a swamp (pot hole). The aircraft overran the lake surface and came to rest inverted on the shoreline. The aircraft was substantially damaged, however the pilot suffered only minor scrapes and bruises. Carburator ice is suspected as the cause of the power plant malfunction.
