1997-03-21: VAL795 BE20 enroute Winnipeg to Sioux Lookout, reported experiencing a cracked windscreen 35 miles east of Winnipeg, climbing thru FL200 to the assigned altitude of FL230. The pilot requested and received clearance to descend to FL180. He then elected to continue on to destination, arriving Sioux Lookout at 2239Z.
