Incident at NORWAY HOUSE MB (CYNE)
Summary
1997-03-21: SGK811 C-FGMO C421 experienced minor control problems after landing. Examination showed that the left landing gear had "cocked" due to a "scissors" failure. Aircraft disabled on runway 05/23. Runway notamed closed 2126Z til 2132Z. PAG116 SW4 VFR Cross Lake-Norway House circled over airport entire time. The aircraft was jacked up and the gear was turned into position prior to towing off the runway.
