Incident at Southport, Manitoba (Incursion - runway - animal)
Summary
1996-04-23: Control Staff observed a dog on the field adjacent to runway 31 right. An advisory was provided to all aircraft in the circuit. An aircraft, Bronco 371, SY6, was pulled up when the dog wandered onto the runway. The animal then crossed runway 31 left and disappeared.
