Summary

1996-04-23: While on local training north of Winnipeg, the pilot of MNS702, a PA31 (Chieftain/Navajo) advised the terminal of unspecific gear problems. The aircraft continued in to land on runway 18. The pilot reported 3 green on approach 3-4 miles final. The aircraft landed safely and no other aircraft were inconvenienced. CFR was called out.
