Incident at Thompson, Manitoba


1997-03-21: While a PPC/IRT was being conducted by Transport Canada, Air Carrier inspector,a gear malfunction was reported by the crew of C-FGMO. The aircraft's landing gear was recycled and the aircraft landed without further incident. Company maintenance conducted a number of gear swing tests and have determined that the gear down lock micro switch was faulty.
