Incident at THUNDER BAY ON (CYQT) (Controlled airspace - unauthorized entry)
Summary
1997-03-21: Two aircraft (JTL587/SW3, JTL411/SW4) were on final approach for runway 07 at the same time. Both aircraft had apparently been in contact with the Winnipeg ACC prior to the final approach. Only JTL587 made contact with FSS and received an airport advisory prior to landing. JTL587 did a missed approach prior to landing. JTL411 called for a radio check after he landed and was off the runway. Occurrence is being investigated by FSSM.
